Atlantic Legal has been working with the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education ("FIRE"), whose mission is to advocate individual rights on campus and to oppose the imposition of "political correctness" in academia.

Atlantic Legal - NFIB ALLIANCE

Beginning in 1999 Atlantic Legal and the National Federation of Independent Business (an organization with approximately 600,000 members which is active in education, policy formulation and analysis and lobbying) have been cooperating to educate small business owners about the legal and regulatory requirements that small businesses face and eventually to litigate cases on behalf of independent business. This support is vital because small independent businesses have been a principal engine of economic growth and innovation in the past decade, and will probably continue in that role for decades to come. Thus far, Atlantic Legal has produced a 50-page handbook on employment, environmental and other laws that impact small business, which will appear in installments in NFIB's monthly magazine, and has been issued as a handbook to NFIB members.
