Prior to that, he was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of American Science & Engineering, Inc. from 2000 to 2003, and President of the Atlantic Legal Foundation in New York City from 1998 to 2000. Previously, he was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Borg Warner Security Corporation, Chicago, Illinois. He serves on the Advisory Board of the National Federation of Independent Business Legal Foundation, Washington, D.C. and the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Legal Foundation. |
