Dr. Ozkan is a Fellow at The Eye Center, Alexandria, VA.  Dr. Ozkan has previously served at Loyola University Medical Center and at the Georgetown University Medical Center.  Dr. Ozkan has received numerous honors over his career, among them the Physician Recognition Award with Commendation in 2005 and the Devic Academic Scholarship for Georgetown University School of Medicine.  Dr. Ozkan is a graduate of Georgetown University  and the Georgetown University School of Medicine.
