Atlantic Legal Foundation is a nonprofit public interest law firm dedicated to protecting individual liberty and free enterprise. Our deep commitment to the principles enshrined in the Constitution means that we defend economic freedom, school choice, and sound science in the courtroom. We are also dedicated to ensuring that the law is fairly applied in cases involving corporate governance, and that government agencies, at all levels, do not engage in the practice commonly known as "reverse discrimination."
In keeping with our constitutional commitments, Atlantic Legal provides free legal representation and advice to individuals, corporations, trade associations, scientists, educators, and others. We represent clients as party litigants and as friends of the court at the trial and appellate levels, and provide legal counsel and negotiating advice where litigation can be avoided.
Atlantic Legal does all legal work in-house and does not retain outside lawyers. Our highly personalized work is extremely effective, but our resources are also necessarily limited. For this reason, Atlantic Legal only takes cases that might bring about substantial changes in the law or in government policy.

We receive many requests for legal assistance, and can only accept a small number of cases at any given time. Those cases must fit squarely within our areas of expertise. We do not undertake criminal cases, sue private parties, or accept cases involving family law (e.g., divorce, child support, etc.).
If you know of a legal matter that you believe might interest us, or if you are involved in such a matter yourself, please fill out the electronic form below. All fields are required. You may also send a case submission by post mail to the address at the right.
