Foundation Supports Protection Against Voter Fraud

The Foundation has filed an amicus brief in the Supreme Court of the United States on behalf of the Conservative Party of New York State, supporting the constitutionality of the Indiana Voter Identification law. The Court has repeatedly confirmed that states have a compelling interest in the integrity of the electoral process and procedural protections involving only a slight burden, such as that required by Indiana, need not be subjected to strict scrutiny.
